Well, we counting down the days until we leave for our summer adventure to Africa, Italy and France. Our departure date is Monday, July 4th, as we travel to Amsterdam to catch a flight to Kilimanjaro airport in Arusha, Tanzania to begin our African adventure. This portion of our trip will take us on a 13-day journey to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, then on a safari to hopefully catch a glimpse of the Big 5 (African Buffalo, Elephant, Rhinoceros, Leopard, and Lion). Following our African journey, we will head to Italy and meet up with Joan for a 5-day tour of Rome, after which we head on to Paris where Ally and Connor WILL get to practice their years of studying French...Connor would beg to differ on this!
I will now have to figure out how to pack 5 suitcases of "STUFF" into the two I am permitted to bring...wish me luck!

Wow Karen I am impressed. It's fun and easy. Make sure Connor and Ally do their part and add their thoughts to this blog, especially how the communication in Paris goes. Ally will be in her element!! I'll follow the blog and post my comments as well.v
